The pride of Colorado Springs, Banning-Lewis Ranch
encompasses over 24,000 acres. To date, American
Infrastructure has installed utilities and poured
structural concrete on four filings of the initial two
villages. The build out of this wonderfully designed
Master Planned community is scheduled to be well into
the next decade. With our emphasis on honest dealings
with our customers and continual relationship building,
American Infrastructure hopes to continue to be a part
of this hallmark community for years and years to come.
The exposure provided by such an on-going presence in
the Colorado Springs area, and our reputation as an
