Cobblestone Ranch - Castle Rock, CO
A 1200 lot subdivision just south of Parker off of Castle Oaks Drive, this planned community required multiple crews to meet the aggressive schedule of the developer which American Infrastructure, Inc. was able to commit to install the over 20 miles of pipe in just under 6 months.  A complex stream crossing required a 753 cubic yard concrete encasement of three different pipelines.  The 150 linear foot structure required the rerouting of Cherry Creek for its construction.  American Infrastructure, Inc. was able to effectively and efficiently perform this work with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment and on time for the developer.  Below are photos from the construction phase.
