Heritage Todd Creek - Thornton, CO
This multifaceted job consisted of over 30,000 linear feet of sewer main, nearly 57,000 linear feet of water and irrigation main, water, sewer and irrigation services to 450 lots, and over 19,000 linear feet of reinforced concrete storm drain ranging from 12” to 66” in diameter, 275 feet of cast in place concrete box culvert, and 6,000 cubic yards of channelization associated with the development.  A project of this magnitude requires a high level of communication, scheduling and coordination which American Infrastructure, Inc. was able to provide while maintaining safety, quality and integrity.
